A young Liberian forward Peter Wilson ,is ready to play for Liberia after several years of featuring for Swedish team and junior national teams .He has set his sights on playing for Liberia this comes just a year after rejecting a chance to play for the Lonestar of Liberia . He was born in Monrovia, to Liberian parents but raised in Stockholm and is eligible for both Liberia and Sweden.
Peter Wilson represented Sweden at youth under-15, U16, and U19 levels. Due to hope of a potential Swedish call -up , Peter Wilson turn down a chance to play for Liberia in the opening round of the 2019 AFCON qualifier against the warriors of Zimbabwe, despite being persuaded by Liberian players outside Scout’s.
