Turkish First Division side Denizlispor has signed Liberian international Tonia Tisdell. The former Mighty Barrolle man sealed a one year contract on Wednesday 1st August,2018 in the Turkish city of Denizli .
Liberiasportsonline.com can confirmed the deal that Tonia Tisdell, was also successful with his medical and expected to make his debut soon for his new side. Tisdell, spent last season on loan at Ankaragucu where he was superb in a trial out .But club coach Osman Ozkoylu confirmed early on Monday that the attacker was needed as the Club hope to gain promotion to the topflight league this season.His inclusion to the club brings the number of foreign players to 4 with players from Cameroon, Coratia among others .
The 26- year –old Liberian striker who uses his left foot very effectively is a remarkable name in Turkey.He started his career as a professional footballer at Ankaraspor in 2009 and was later loaned to Karsiyaka in the same year and later on to Ankaragucu.

Tisdell was a key figure in Osmanlispor in 2014 as he made 32 league appearances and scored five goals and also helped them gain promotion to the Turkish Super League. He however struggledfor game time in the Turkish Topflight League and had to settle for two separate loan deals with Ankara.
