In the Indonesian Liga 1, midfielder Zah Krangar scored his fourth goal of the season after helping Madura secured a 2-1 win against Sriwijaya. Krangar, 32, scored the opening goal in the 56th minute before teammate Mamadou Samassa doubled the team’s lead 84 minutes down the clock.
The weekend result maintained Madura at the second position on the league table with 33 points out of 20 games. Krangar moved to the Indonesian league earlier this year after he signed a one-year deal with the Sapeh Kerab Warriors on March 6, 2018, with an option to extend at the end of the season.
His move follows a four-season spell in the Malaysian Premiere League and the Malaysian Super League with Felda United.
